Elderly Supervision & Conservatorship

Elderly supervision visits are utilized when there is a concern for physical, emotional, mental, or financial abuse by family and/or friends.  A professional provider will be present during those visits to ensure the elders safety during that time.  This service does not need to be court ordered.

Elder conservatorship is a court-ordered arrangement in which a party is appointed as the conservator to make personal, financial, and or medical decisions for the elder if they have been deemed incapable of making those decisions due to cognitive or physical limitations.
